Caution: This email contains minor spoilers for the next book. You have been warned!
I'm writing the final chapters of the next Luna and Mason book. This book has it all; exciting action, the return of an old villain, humor, lots of love, and a grand finale.
Feedback from my editor gave me the perfect title:
Lycan Legacy – Progeny
Luna has been pregnant for the last two books. Probably the longest pregnancy in history, even counting the time-warping trip into Fae.
It's time those kids make their intro into the Lunaverse.
For thematic reasons, they will be twins, a boy and a girl. I toyed with the idea of six or seven little babies, but that would be a nightmare to track and write about. So twins it is.
But what should we name the little darlings? Human or Fae names? Or both?
I have some ideas, but want to hear from you. Let's have a contest.
The person who comes up with the best names for Luna's twins will get a free copy of the book once it's released.
Since I'm rapidly approaching the final chapter, I will need your entry by 31 May 2020. I'll announce the winner via newsletter.
Entries should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Now for a clumsy segue into my latest promo.
Speaking of motherhood, I joined a promo that started on Mother's Day and is still running. This promo isn't tied to the Urban Fantasy or Paranormal Romance genres.
The theme for this promo is strong female leads. I think my ass-kicking, alpha female, Luna qualifies as a strong lead. If you enjoy these types of stories, there is something here for everyone.
But strong doesn't have to mean physically strong. There are stories here of women who persevere through hardship and pain.
If you're a voracious reader like me, I'm sure you will find something that garners your interest.
Here's the link to the Promo:
This promotion runs from May 10 to 9 August. Please take a minute to look over the offerings and pick out any books that pique your interest.
PS – This is is is the part where I humbly beseech you to leave a review for my book on Amazon. Social proof is incredibly important to an unknown author. Please take a few minutes to leave a review. Here’s the direct link to Amazon to leave a review.
