I found another fantasy author that I would like to recommend to fans of Urban Fantasy. His name is Kevin McLaughlin, and he is a very prolific writer in both the Fantasy and Science Fiction realms. I have read both his Science Fiction and Fantasy offerings, and my favorite so far is his military academy urban fantasy series.
I started his Blackwell Magic series recently and couldn’t stop reading until I devoured all five books that have been published. Kevin writes fast-paced action sequences and his magic system is well thought out and consistent.
